FAQ

You should schedule your event as early as possible.  We have such reasonable prices that our schedule fills up quickly. 

There is a 25.00 nonrefundable deposit required at the time of booking.  No deposit no date secured.   During HOLIDAY seasons, there is a 50.00 nonrefunable deposit at the time of booking.   Deposits can be made through paypal.  

We allow cancellations due to inclement weather up to 2 hours prior to scheduled delivery with full refund of deposit and no penalties.  Any other cancellation within 48 hours of your event will forfeit deposit.  Once our equipment is set up payment in full is required.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER SETUP due to weather.   We are always understanding to unforseen circumstances just give us a call.  We will cancel for 80 percent chance of rain or higher.

We deliver as early as 8:30 a.m. and pick up is no later than 7:30 p.m.  

We deliver to DeSoto County Area and South Memphis Area.
